Profitraining with Blenard Azizaj

Blenards class is based on very high physical dynamic movements, full of sharpness, speed, and attacking qualities which are inspired by animalistic movements. Blenard likes to travel with his imagination to build a world through sensibility, actions through constructing, deconstructing and through roughness. Through movements, he tries to approach places that we have not been before. In this class we move, we adapt, we connect, we share, we find the artistic freedom through being honest within the actions. We are starting with connecting and warming up all the parts of the body. Through simple exercises and improvisation we work individual as well as in groups. Towards the end we engage into a physical dance combination that had been built during the class.
