Profitraining
The class focuses on our body awarness, cretaing our personal dinamics, exploring organic and powerful movement into structure combinations and giving a deep sense of musicality and space. It will start with an impro task to warm up the body and the joints focusing, thowards our breath, into our awarness developing muscle strenght, softness and energy at the same time. It will develop then into structure floor and standing sequences, left and right, to finish with a final combination exploring different fastenesses and quality of movement.
