In this class we will study, practice, move, and dance while caring for our body to increase and preserve its capabilities. Thought simple movements we start exploring the main principles our body uses to operate, in order to progressively redefine the personal technique for each individual. With key concepts such as preparation, distance, time, volume, moving from inside out, expansion, and dynamics we develop our movement from the core while focusing on the process. By studying the body and its movement, by translating it so we can understand it, we move with a purpose to cultivate a versatile, aware and prepared body, to achieve our full potential for performance.
