Behind every method of movement training and bodywork is ultimately our capacity for fine perception, spontaneous movement and honest individual choice. Based on these qualities, small scores and friendly suggestions invite us to enjoyably dive into the vastness of different touch experiences, to regenerate from the depths of the tissue and to open up to movement in a differentiated way. Nourishing, enriching, connected - with ourselves and our surroundings. Elements from contact improvisation, shiatsu, meditation, mindful body awareness, play and joy of movement will be incorporated.
