Florian Feigl creates and realizes performance art work since 1997. Besides the solo work Feigl collaborates with various artists and artists' collectives, among others Showcase Beat Le Mot (until 2004), Wagner-Feigl-Forschung/Festspiele with Otmar Wagner and most recently with Jörn J. Burmester in various formats. Together with Jörn J. Burmester Feigl facilitated for over ten years the monthly performance art event Performer Stammtisch in Berlin and is co-founder of the Month of Performance Art–Berlin (MPA–B). His research interests focus over the last years on topics such as teaching and learning as performance arts and archiving processes in process based art.
