Koko discovered yoga around the year 2000 and has been on the mat ever since. She completed the 200-hr yoga teacher training in 2016 and has been continuing her education, including yoga therapy and prenatal yoga, and is currently in the 300-hr training at Yoga Sky Berlin. Her classes are strong, dynamic, and playful, yet accessible. She aims to teach in a way that is safe, informative, and non-dogmatic, allowing her students to discover what is best for their individual needs.
