A ballet class with a contemporary slant, my experiences as a modern dancer and vinyasa yoga trainer inform my teaching. I put a focus on working with the breath, on mental flexibility and on body awareness. The aim is to help you more readily come in contact with your own fluidity of movement and to expand the possibilities available to you so that you can move through inner and outer space more easily. Musicality, creativity and a lightness in exploring individuals' complex physical capabilities will support our endeavours in this class.
