From Inside to Outside
I teach contemporary training with a focus on floorwork. We start the class by opening our channels of consciousness, at the same time we will feel our body in its wholeness and expand our flexibility and strength. The class is a colorful mix of Flying Low, Release technique and my personal style. I like to wake up the mind and body and train the quick action and enhance the collective power as source of inspiration and playfullness.

Biographies
Marion Sparber
Marion is originally from South Tyrol, Italy and has completed her dance training at Iwanson and Varium. For more than fiftheen years she has been working internationally as a dance teacher, choreographer and dancer. After her training, Marion danced for the following choreographers: Francisco Córdova, ADN-Dialect, Stella Zannou and Sonia Rodriguez. For the past five years Marion has been promoted as a choreographer by the Office of Culture South Tyrol for her work and produced by IDEA- Tanz Theater Performance. Her pieces are performed at numerous international festivals and in theatres.
