Guided Improvisation

Kurs with Jin Young Won

Jin Young’s class will be guided improvisation based. An exploration and playground for reconnecting our imagination and body. We will dedicate our intension to: The movement of the body and the mind meeting. On movements that begins with a thought, on movements that begins with imagination, on breathing and feeling the presence of movement where the mind is. An open space where one can experience the diversity of the dancing/moving by approaching the various possibilities of movement that our body makes most naturally. Where the mind is right now and beyond the limits of movement.

All adults were once children. (Only a few adults remember it).
