Profitraining with Lukas Malkowski

FLOWMENTUM aims to build dynamic, reactive movement in and out of the floor. Influenced by contemporary dance, yoga, acrobatics and break(breakdance), this class focuses on our collective awareness and agility. Strengthening hands, and softening torsos, we approach movement through direct touch, holistic sight, and somatic momentum. Using movement concepts and choreographed combinations, this movement practice explores dynamic flow and momentum on horizontal & vertical axes.
