Kurs with Detlev Alexander, Diletta Sperman

This class is a juicy blend of flowing yoga asanas, sychronizing breath and movement. This form of Hatha-Yoga culivates strength and flexibility. It aligns the body and is a lively dance of awakening, supported by mindfulness meditation. You will feel safe, because the focus is on alignment. You will get sweaty because the focus is on Vinyasa. And you will develop stability, clarity and openness because the focus is on mindfulness.

Detlev Alexander

Detlev completed his Teacher Training at OM Yoga Yenter with Cyndi Lee in New York City. With Sarah Powers he completed a Yin-Yoga Teacher Training. Detlev practices meditation in the Shambhala-Lineage and is a Shambhala Guide. He is leading Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Retreats and Workshops. Before teaching Yoga, he was a dancer, choreographer and ballet teacher.

Diletta Sperman

Born and raised in a small village in the north-east of Italy, Diletta began to practice yoga in 2016 while working for a choreographer in Rome and continued in Berlin, where she moved right after and where she competed her teacher training mentored by Detlev Alexander and Nancy Jovanovich. Her non dogmatic approach to yoga allows her to bring into her classes different elements suggested by other somatic practices, so that the focus can shift from aesthetics and soften into anatomy explorations.
