In this class the learning body, its alignment and permeability is the main focus. We work with elements from anatomically correct ballet with music from all around the world. We start the class with slow exercises on the floor or while standing that connect breathing and movement to get more awareness. Followed by longer exercises that become sequences which are dynamic and give you also a perception of space without being overwhelming to anyone. For me, technique is a usefull tool for exploring and shaping the own body. The class is meant for beginners as the cautious structure gives room for individual needs. Therefore, this class is also popular for older people or people whose movemts are constraint.
