The artists Sergiu Matis, Milla Koistinen, Harun Morrison will accompany the festival at all three venues and bring spectators and artists into an exchange. In Berlin, they invite the audience to a discussion that is meant to offer more insights into the artistic works presented at the FEMINIST FUTURES FESTIVALS and linking them to each other.
This exchange is conceptualized as a resonance chamber, where one can find links between the participating artists of the festival, programmers & audiences. We want to understand what moves artists and audiences and how to sustain the drive, keep on moving and being moved? The conversation in Berlin will start around an eco-critical and feminist reading of the ancient Greek epics, through the frame of Ursula K. Le Guin’s text: “The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction”.
