Description

We will focus on basics of contemporary dance techniques to strengthen awareness of the body in space and over all efficiency in one’s movement. Through the use of set material and improvisation, we work on developing a physical language. Using repetition, rhythm, musicality and a general curiousity to inform and explore new pathways in the body. Bringing together formal dance forms with pedestrian everyday movement to create one’s individual and collective vocabulary.
