Winter Intensive Weekend

Workshop with Dor Mamalia

Join us for an immersive three-day experience in Contemporary Dance at our upcoming Winter Intensive. It is a challenge for those who are eager and driven to deepen and sharpen their dance skills, both mentally and physically. The program is meticulously designed to push your boundaries, develop your abilities, and gain a deeper understanding of your craft. We will explore physicality through body conditioning classes, where you'll fine-tune your bodily presence and strength. In addition, we will dive deep into the world of improvisation, mastering its tools and techniques that will allow you to unlock liberation in your body and mind. Finally, we will test all the learned skills and apply them through intricate and demanding movement sequences that will stretch the boundaries of your abilities. This three-day course is designed for passionate and curious dance artists, for semi-professional and professional dance artists.

Structure of each day:
↪  body conditioning class
↪  improvisation class
↪ movement sequences learning
