Somatic Flow Yoga

Kurs with Clara Federica Crescini

The class aims to support our feeling at home in the body and enhance our potential for movement. It focuses on giving us space inside in order to act in adherence to our deepest
being. The flowing practice will accompany our evening energy and get us through the last time of the day with finest perceptions. The asana sequences proposed seek power, softness, fluidity and strength while respecting personal limits. We will somatically dive into the musculoskeletal system and the fascia organ to strengthen the connection to proprioception and sensing. The focus is to build bridges between body structures, mind and breath to achieve a movement flowing meditation. The class is based on vinyasa yoga, elements of yin, polyvagal theory and functional anatomy.
