Description

Improvisation and Choreography with Children and Teenagers
Improvising and choreographing encourages us to follow our own ideas and allows space for creativity to develop. This workshop will give a practical overview of how to use the method of Integrative DancePedagogy (iTP) to bring children and teenagers into dancing and choreographing. It gives tools to develop own choreographic work, starting from a movement idea and the first draft towards performance of solo and group pieces. Using the forms of improvisation and choreography as a base, it introduces, both practically and theoretically, the five phases of each creation process established within the iTP method. www.i-tp.de
