S 17B / Listening – Sensing – Timing
In the frame of Sommer Tanz 2015 / Open Spaces#2-2015
With simple sequences based on contemporary dance and Feldenkrais principles, we organise movement efficiently and enrich individual patterns. We shift easily from structured sequences into improvisation and back. We focus on "hearing" the phrasing of the movement when moving inside the composition or when observing it from outside. Encouraged to take our experiences into everyday life, will support a wholistic learning process.Listening, playing, timing, allowing vulnerability, sensing of wholeness.
