Body, environment, composition - in their spatial layers; are practiced through physical motion, perception and imagination. In dance-making these elements are subjects of attentive and intuitive study, as essential understanding and mapping of our choreographic landscapes. Through flow and precision, the workshop guides and unfolds kinesthetic experiences. The tangible world where actions are performed is supported with deepened awareness; through moves, proximity, interior / exterior space, geometry and dimension. We further observe how space is perceived and is distinguished in our compositions; practically, atmospherically, theatrically and poetically. The practice involves instant composition as a method of learning, appreciating and refining the works and awareness towards the use of space in our dances.
