Description

This workshop offers a technique-based contemporary dance practice infused with improvisation and choreographic research, creating a space for both technical refinement and creative exploration. Led by acclaimed choreographer Sahar Damoni, these dynamic sessions refine contemporary technique with improvisation, somatic practice, and choreographic inquiry. Inspired by the cleansing vitality of lemon water with mint, it offers a rich space for transformation, self-discovery, and artistic depth. Participants will engage in floorwork, coordination, dynamic shifts, and spatial precision, while developing personal movement vocabulary and expressive range. Drawing from Damoni’s distinct movement language and personal narrative, the workshop explores powerful themes of identity, resilience, and empowerment.
