Description
Authentic Movement offers a contained and open space for the experience of the present moment. Movement in many different shapes may emerge; the practice invites us to be aware of and be present for the multiple and diverse inner and outer processes. As a dancer and body worker, Christine Mauch studied different movement practices; deepening her engagement with Authentic Movement, she completed a one-year formation with Mandoline Whittlesey in 2014.

Christine Mauch
Christine Mauch teaches from a background of experience as a dancer and Shiatsu practitioner. Major influences for her work are Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, the Gindler-Jacoby work and an enormous trust in the potential of communication and improvisation in all situations.
