The Speaking Body

Performance-Projekt with Idan Yoav

"The Speaking Body" is a process of developing body awareness, which increases physicality and the ability to articulate and control the body. Following social studies and body practices we will explore tools to connect between physicality, sensuality and emotions. We will find ways to let our physical body speak out the needs of our soul and self. My movement research is nourished by different approaches I have worked with, focusing on improvising as a tool to connect to the body and to let it speak out. By constructing movements into sentences, a language emerges.
