O-4 / Catching Limits

Workshop with Nadine Gerspacher
In the frame of Oster Tanz 2019

In the Workshop "Catching Limits" Nadine Gerspacher plays with intensive physical work and theatrical research. In order to improve physical strength she focuses on breathing, articulation, muscle tone and the stability of the body. Through technical exercises, including floor work, games and challenging phrase composition, Nadine invites all to experience optimal freedom within movement. Her teaching also puts strong emphasis on creating characters and defining personalities researching movement and its relation to everyday life. Contrasts and extremes are essential to her creation methods and by combining movement with emotions she opens the possibility for transformation of both during the workshop.
