Finding the Most Open Question

Kurs with David Bloom

A somatic approach to performance, this class begins by exploring the structures of the body itself, physically and energetically, and then expands to include awareness of other bodies, and the space itself, through a number of improvisation proposals. We will research the question of how the self-exploratory, embodied practice of somatic work can be relevant to performance practice, finding strategies to share these states with an audience and integrate them into artistic work.
