Born and raised in a small village in the north-east of Italy, Diletta began to practice yoga in 2016 while working for a choreographer in Rome and continued in Berlin, where she moved right after and where she competed her teacher training mentored by Detlev Alexander and Nancy Jovanovich. Her non dogmatic approach to yoga allows her to bring into her classes different elements suggested by other somatic practices, so that the focus can shift from aesthetics and soften into anatomy explorations.
