Klein Technique™

Kurs with Andrea Jenni Burnoski

Klein Technique™ is a movement education. The emphasis is not on mimicking form but rather going to a deeper level of understanding of using the body as an integral whole for maximising full movement potential. It works on the level of the bones and to align the bones we are using the muscles for deep postural support: the psoas, the hamstrings, the external rotators, and the pelvic floor. The body becomes elastic, responsive, efficient, strong, and injuries often heal.  Susan T. Klein

For the online class bring a matt and/or a blanket, comfortable clothes, warm socks and something to drink (water or tea). Make sure you have enough space to stand, lay down, and stretch your arms and legs out. I am looking forward to meet you!
