Profitraining with Alessio Scandale

Together we will share space, articulate our bodies and free our minds. A complete training that includes strength and conditioning, floorwork technique, coordination, improvisation, choreographic composition and partnering. The aim is to offer a solid and stimulating path, capable of activating the body in all its complexity, training mobility, precision and creativity. Each proposal is driven by high physical intensity, active presence and a continuous relationship between rhythm, movement and music. The material will unfold through structured moments and open explorations, in a dynamic flow that encourages adaptability, intention and freedom in movement. This training aims to provide a well-rounded experience, shaped around what is needed and can support and inspire dancers today.
