This workshop invites participants to explore the body’s seven main centers of energy—the chakras—and the awareness they awaken. Over several days, we will open these “gates” through breath, movement, and creative expression, discovering how each center can support balance, vitality, and presence. Each day begins with a guided breathing meditation to help us ground and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we bring our attention to one or two energy centers, exploring them through movement, improvisation, and dance. This practice creates space for whatever arises—thoughts, emotions, or sensations—to be expressed, observed, and transformed. The journey is both practical and inspiring, blending physical practice, mindful attention, and creative play. Together, we strengthen body and mind while expanding the ways we connect—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
