Laura Beschi & Alessio Scandale are an Italian choreographic duo based in Berlin. They first met in 2010 and both graduated from the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD), where a shared artistic dialogue took root and grew into a common language. As performers, they have collaborated with cie. toula limnaios, Sasha Waltz & Guests, Tanz Company Gervasi, Nicola Galli, Ariella Vidach, Daniele Ninarello and Joy Alpuerto Ritter, performing on stages across Europe and beyond. As a duo, they have created Relazioni 2.0, Quanto, Parlez-moi d'amour (in collaboration with cie. toula limnaios) and Room with View (2025), which premiered in Potsdam and won Danza Urbana XL 2026. In 2020, they founded BetweenUs, a partnering practice rooted in listening, mutual awareness and shared presence.
