An important concern of Tanzfabrik Berlin BÜHNE is the increased accessibility of events for caregivers and families. For this reason, at the end of November the AG Tanz und Elternschaft (Working group on Dance and Parenthood) will move into the Weddinger Studios for two days for the first time. As part of their network meeting “Moving Futures,” the networked association of ZTB e.V., established in 2020, will open its program to the public on 29 November. A generation-spanning space should then emerge, in which it will be practically and theoretically explored how performances in the performing arts can be made more inclusive. Parents, children, neighbors, dancers, and dance-curious people are warmly invited to experiment, celebrate, and experience together.
The multifaceted program consists of workshops, showings, a co-learning space, and a Kids-and-Caregivers-Dance-Party — plenty of opportunities to experience dance, try out creative experiments, and co-create! Snacks and beverages will be provided.
