From Breath to Stillness
10.03.2024
In this session we will move through guided breathing exercises and practices, bringing our awareness to the movement of the breath, and releasing blockages in the body through conscious breathing. Expanding from the motion of the breath, we will gradually build up towards movement.
This is an open invitation for a collective breath. The aim of this session is to make space for the restorative practice of breathing and its ability to hold our grief.
