Tanzfabrik Berlin is a space for dance art, choreography, and performance. In our venues at the Uferstudios in Wedding, and perspectively at an additional location in Wedding, we offer a diverse artistic programme. Your Responsibilities:
Ticketing & Front‑of‑House Management
↪ Setting up events in Tanzfabrik Berlin’s ticketing system
↪ Coordinating and managing reservations and the account ticket@tanzfabrik-berlin.de
↪ Preparing and carrying out box office services
↪ Managing bar cash operations (including accounting and control)
↪ Serving as a point of contact for artists and audiences during events
↪ Taking on front‑of‑house shifts (including weekends)
↪ Participating in relevant team meetings
↪ Regular exchange with the Production Managementteam
↪ Attending dress rehearsals to prepare for front‑of‑house duties
Your Profile
↪ Experience in event management or ticketing is an advantage
↪ Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team‑oriented working style
↪ Enjoyment in working with teams, artists, and audiences
↪ Willingness to work flexible hours, particularly in the evenings
↪ Good German and English skills for communication with audiences
What We Offer
↪ Working in a small, dedicated team with flat hierarchies in a creative environment at the Uferstudios in Wedding
↪ Insights into production and event processes
↪ Opportunities for further training and participation in dance classes and workshops
↪ Compensation within the framework of a mini‑job
↪ (EUR 320/month with 4 hours/week, or alternatively a mini‑job with a higher number of hours, with remuneration depending on the event programme and workload)
↪ Additionally, a small number of paid freelance hours are planned during June and July 2026 to support onboarding and familiarisation with the role.
