Contact Improvisation & Silent Jam

Contact Improvisation Classes and Silent Jams take place on alternating Saturdays..

Participants can decide whether to attend both or only take the class or the jam.
Prior registration is not necessary.

The class is a didactic space where various teachers take turns facilitating and inviting participants to explore questions of physics in movement, body organisation and sensory perception in dance aimed at improving awareness and movement vocabulary.

The Contact Jam is a hosted, leaderless silent practice, beginning together and offering an opportunity to share and explore contact improv from a place of curiosity and respect.
